I describe myself as a native Vermonter, mother and grandmother in long term recovery. During the past ten years, I have been blessed to be an active member of the Brattleboro Women’s Chorus.Retired now from a nursing/caregiving career, I will always be grateful for the satisfaction of helping others and receiving praise for a job well done. Programs like the Turning Point make a difference in the lives of people like myself for which I feel extreme gratitude. I would like to be remembered for my compassion toward others and especially for living my life in recovery one day at a time.
