The Center is open to walk-in (mask required) Tuesday – Friday 10-3:00pm and Saturday 1-6:OOpm. We follow all Covid-19 protocol for the safety of all.
Mondays 3-4:00pm

NURTURING PARENTS

Our coaches, trained by Prevent Child Abuse-Vermont, hold a peer-run class focused on the challenges parents in Mondays recovery face. Open to anyone who is raising a child. The class covers 14 weekly lessons. Certificate of Completion awarded.
DCF often requires clients to take this class.

ALL Recovery

All-Recovery Meetings emphasize hope and healing by providing a safe environment that honors many paths to recovery. The meetings focus on the life-changing nature of recovery and explore various approaches to recovery. The peer group offers a supplement to other recovery supports.

Tuesdays, 11-Noon

MAMA’S GROUP

A safe, confidential, peer-led group for mothers and expecting mothers in all stages of recovery as well as those impacted by substance use. This is a community of moms supporting each other in the challenges and triumphs they face with parenting and recovery.

Fridays 3-5:00pm

Adventure In Recovery!

A peer support group seeking to find a deeper connection to ourselves and Fridays with the world around us. We share a therapeutic experience by exploring the outdoors and building relationships with others in recovery by engaging in recreational activities. We are following Covid-19 guidelines and social distancing.

ACUPUNCTURE

Emma Lee offers this treatment found to help people in recovery, especially from Wednesdays opioid-use disorder and alcoholism, and those who live with anxiety. Ear acupuncture provides many benefits: Helps reduce cravings, Improves sleep and energy levels; helps with chronic or acute pain; helps you find peace; calms your nervous system and relieves anxiety.
